Literature Text

I feel your longing tender gaze,
And stir from dreams contented haze.

Questions unspoken, yet gently mentioned.
A touch, a kiss--your loves intention.

The lips that linger on my skin.
The heart that ever lets me in.

A ray of light that shines your face,
Does pause to hold my gaze in place.

Your eyes like pools of tenderness,
That sweetly slake my souls caress.

The scent of loves unbridled heat.
We come together, now we meet.

Our fierce embrace, our souls afire;
Longing gone with heart's desire.

Random bursts escape your lips,
As lightening leaves my fingertips.

Where once was lost, now all is found.
Exploding hearts have come unbound.

Time cannot escape our passion.
Lovers hearts we now have fashioned.

I'll kiss you no matter how long it takes.
I'll love you 'til my lonely heart breaks.

The world will simply have to wait,
'til passions pains have sealed our fate.

Chance encounters have entwined,
Our hearts, our souls…for all of time.
Early morning musings of a lover.

Aww, lovely sweet poem. Wonderful job.

Love how you rhymed it without it sounded forced or that it had a misplaced word, not many can do that.

Good job.
