Random Thoughts

My last few journal entries have been kind of heavy. I thought I would lighten it up tonight with a top 11 random things list about me...cause top ten lists are for slackers! So here you go in no order:


1) I love Chips and Dip. Potato chips of the greasy sort and French Onion dip! Nom nom!!

2) I played violin for almost 8 years. I could read music. I've lost that all but still retain a healthy love of classical music.

3) I was born with my first two names as Keith Scott. But when they went to Baptiste me (raised Catholic) I had to have a Saints name too. As the priest and my godfather were both named George it was a no brainier and I was named Keith Scott George. How utterly ridiculous!

4) I used to read a book a week when I was much younger. My mother often worried about this.

5) I am the oldest of three boys all thirteen months apart.

6) If you knew how awesome my family (parents, siblings, cousins, aunts, uncles) was you would be jealous.

7) I have had at least one cat for over 25 years now. Usually two at a time. My new cat Jango is probably the most hyper one I remember.

8) My first love in books was Science Fiction.

9) My grandfather on Dad's side was a professional musician for over 40 years and co-wrote a famous tune. He didn't get credit, but he's the most honest person I knew and I believe it.

10) My mothers mom once entered a "jingle" contest and won. It was for laundry soap and she won shoes for all 12 of her kids!

11) Not many people IRL know the extent of my creativity though that is changing.


*Bonus: I think my friends here on dA are amazing.....
