Description

This is a large Wooden Moai that stands just inside Potter Park Zoo in Lansing, MI. It is approx. 30 ft tall and is quite impressive. I can almost make out tears coming out of it's right eye which reminds me of the "Keep America Beautiful" commercial from the early 70's that so famously depicted a Native America tearing up at all the pollution he encountered. This piece of art is full of character and cries of skill.
